N'água e na pedra amor deixa gravados
seus hieróglifos e mensagens, suas
verdades mais secretas e mais nuas.

Sophia

She told me a few things, many of them fled, others I tried to write down.

Consider the worse, so that, when it doesn’t come, you appreciate more what arrives.

Stay open for the best that can come your way.

Face rejection boldly, keeping always the head up and the heart clean.

Reciprocate every smile. Create them in the faces you see, as often as possible, and don’t mind the failed attempts.

Enjoy the day that fades away and the wind that blows by.

Love with no restrictions. Give of yourself wisely.

Walk the streets seeing people, not just the asphalt or the sidewalk.

Sing.

Look everyone in the eyes. Listen. Speak only what can help.

Stay steady. Focused. Active. In peace.

Strong.

Ela me disse algumas coisas, muitas fugiram, outras tentei anotar.

Considerar o pior, para que, quando ele não vier, o que chegar tenha mais valor.

Estar aberto ao melhor que pode vir.

Enfrentar a rejeição, mantendo sempre a cabeça erguida e o coração limpo.

Cantar.

Olhar todo o mundo nos olhos. Ouvir. Falar somente o que pode ajudar.

Ser firme. Focado. Sereno. Ativo.

Forte.
